Support for Emotional and Social Development

At Woodhouse Community Primary School we consult with a wide range of agencies and partnerships to ensure the pastoral, medical and social needs of the SEND children are met.

These include;

  • Occupational Therapy,
  • CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service),
  • School Nursing Service,
  • Social services and Medical professionals.
  • Counsellors

We also provide Nurture to groups of children who are identified as having specific Emotion and Social difficulties. These children are assesses against the Boxall profile and monitored and evaluated every term.
